The Seance - John Harwood Torn between 2 & 3 stars. Wanted so badly to love this book. Starts off very strongly but then it's a bit of a struggle to pay attention. And care. Stories inside of stories are okay as long as they don't become tedious and don't make you forget what you were reading about in the first place. Agree with other reviewers who say some editing would have fixed this right up.

It was creepy but not scary. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to get goosebumps.
